General photo delivery is two business days (or less) after the on-site appointment. If you need a rush delivery, please let us know.
Appointment cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Same day cancellations will result in a $50, non-refundable charge. This includes same day rescheduling because the property is not ready shoot.
